Position Overview

The VP of Transportation will be the senior executive responsible for all transportation strategy, fleet management, logistics operations, driver management, safety, and revenue optimization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will build and operate a transportation company within a sports league—managing $400M+ in fleet assets while generating $570M+ in annual revenue.

This role requires a unique combination of transportation/logistics expertise, fleet management experience, P&L responsibility, and the ability to build and scale complex operations from scratch.

Compensation Package: $900,000 total compensation

  • Base Salary: $525,000
  • Performance Bonus: $175,000 (target, tied to on-time performance, cost control, and revenue generation)
