Key Questions We’re Asking
As you consider this opportunity, here are the critical questions we’re evaluating:
- Can you build this from scratch? Do you have the entrepreneurial mindset and track record to create something new?
- Can you navigate complexity? Can you manage NCAA relationships, investor expectations, operational scale, and political dynamics simultaneously?
- Can you raise capital and drive deals? Will investors, broadcasters, and schools want to partner with you?
- Can you recruit A-players? Will world-class executives want to work for you?
- Can you scale? Can you grow from 50 to 300 schools while maintaining quality and culture?
- Do you have the gravitas? Can you represent this organization to universities, media, investors, and the public?
- Are you all-in? Is this the opportunity you want to dedicate the next 5-10 years of your career to building?
If you can answer yes to these questions, we want to hear from you.
Why Now? Why This?
The Olympic sports opportunity is massive and under-monetized. Soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, and hockey have millions of participants but lack sustainable professional pathways. We’re building the infrastructure to change that.
The majoirty of capital is committed. $2.5B in equity is almost fully secured. This isn’t a concept—this is happening.
The timing is perfect. NIL, conference realignment, and streaming disruption have created a once-in-a-generation window to reimagine college and professional sports.
The impact is generational. You won’t just build a company. You’ll transform how millions of young athletes develop, compete, and build futures through sports.
This is the opportunity. If you’ve been waiting for the right platform to do something truly significant, this is it.
All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.
Equal Opportunity
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other legally protected characteristic.
This is not just a job. This is a legacy-defining opportunity to build something that matters.
We look forward to hearing from exceptional leaders ready to take on this challenge.
