The Technology Challenge:
- Enterprise Systems: Build comprehensive technology infrastructure from scratch (ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance systems)

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build a modern sports technology platform from the ground up with no legacy constraints.
Position Overview
The VP of Technology will be the senior executive responsible for all technology strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (or CEO), you will build the complete technology infrastructure that enables every aspect of the business—from league operations to fan engagement to business systems.
This role requires a unique combination of strategic technology leadership, enterprise architecture expertise, consumer product experience, and the ability to build and scale high-performing technology teams.
Compensation Package: $1,000,000 total compensation
- Base Salary: $575,000
- Performance Bonus: $200,000 (target, tied to technology delivery and system performance)
- Equity Grant: $225,000 annually (vesting over 4 years)

1. Technology Strategy & Architecture
- Technology Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives
